White cliffs of Dover
Only in one city could you have the following conversation "Do you see a wheel? No but I can see a Gherkin" quite funny when it was said....but we felt like getting away from London so after another trek to Borough Market to feast on more Oysters and a yum cha to endulge in chickens feet it was off to the white cliffs of Dover, along the way we got buzzed by the Red Arrows who I think must just have been performing at the Farnborough Air Show.
Last time I was over here I just whizzed through Dover on the way to Calais (and the rest of Europe) but at the time I thought it would be nice to go for a walk along the white cliffs so that's what we did. The weather played it's part and the scenery was magnificent if you have the time when you pass thru Dover go for a walk along the cliffs 2 hours and totally worth it!!
Went to the Lambeth Country Fair with Colina on the Sunday really huge fair with huge slides and lots of animal displays, very cool and in the center of London...
I was very lucky to have my photo taken with the FA Cup at work! Very cool....
